Mountain Credit Union Robbed
Tellers at the Mountain Credit Union were robbed at gunpoint yesterday. Young man carry a handgun and wearing a baseball cap pulled low walked into the Credit Union and demanded money.
He got away with an undisclosed amount.

Gas is All Gone!
The gas is gone. Long lines at the pumps all day, some had to wait up to 4 hours. By this evening it was all gone.
Paper or plastic bags over every pump handle for miles.

2005 Folkmoot USA international
Tickets are now on sale for the 2005 Folkmoot USA international folk dance and music festival.
This year’s festival is July 18-31 and groups tentatively scheduled to appear are from Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Indonesia, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Togo, Turkey and Spain (from the Basque region). Due to visa difficulties, the line-up is subject to change.

Lawyer says boy could leave trunk
Seago said Devin enjoyed napping and playing in the trunk, and went in voluntarily. Before going inside to work, Gibson folded down the seats so he could move around in the car, Seago said. Devin had toys, snacks, drinks and a pillow and blanket.
